A copy of your child’s medical record can be available within three working days. To get one, please submit a request at the Medical Records Office, located on the ground level. The Office is open weekdays (07:00-15:30).

To protect your child’s personal data and ensure the medical confidentiality of your health data and your physician-patient privilege, copies of your medical record – as well as medical certificates and lab tests – cannot be given to third parties, unless they have proper authorization, validated by a competent Greek authority.
