Patient Information

The following documents are necessary for admission:

• Parent’s ID Card or passport
• Parent’s tax number (VAT) & tax office
• Hospitalization card or number of insurance policy the child is insured under
• Referral or hospitalization approval for scheduled procedures or treatments from private insurer (e.g. Medisystem for individuals insured with Interamerican) or from social insurance fund (e.g. TYPET, Bank of Greece, etc).
